If your object arrives functionally damaged, please contact us at reynard@rynrd.studio within 72 hours of delivery with your name, order details and photographs of the issue.
We do not accept refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or issue refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:
A change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
Non-functional imperfections.
The product not matching personal aesthetic preferences.
Incorrect size, color, or variant selection by the customer (please refer closely to our detailed sizing charts and product descriptions before ordering).
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Are any purchases final sale?
Limited or made-to-order releases may be marked as final sale. These items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are functionally damaged.

When will I get my order?
As a small independent design label of one, orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
Delivery times vary by destination:
Singapore: 2–5 business days
Asia: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Where are your products manufactured?
Products are designed in Singapore and manufactured in small batches through trusted production partners in GuangDong. Final inspection and packing are handled in Singapore.
Country of origin is stated where required for customs purposes.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
International orders may be subject to duties or import taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by RYNRD and are the responsibility of the recipient.
